- Survey and feasibility
The fundamental objective of the study of this phase is to make available the information necessary for the decision on the actual implementation of a project. It is therefore a question of evaluating and demonstrating the convenience (or opportunity) of the project and its feasibility.
- Design
Analyze in detail the needs and objectives described in the Survey and feasibility study paying particular attention to compliance with the rules, define in detail the hardware or software components that are needed, and finally share the solution with the customer in particular as regards the performance of the aspect, functional and regulatory related.
- Realization and testing
In collaboration with highly qualified technicians and structures, the start and end times for each activity are determined, taking into account the resources necessary for their completion and the supply times of any components/materials to be used.
Functional checks and testing must demonstrate that the solution identified is capable of performing the specified tasks (adequacy).
